OK, right now, we are going through a G2 geomagnetic storm. It could escalate to G3 tomorrow, so keep your eyes peeled for auroras. They might spill further south than usual.

I'll get us back on topic. I want to make challah bread! But I'm still a little weak from this ... darn bronchitis! Feeling better, though, hardly coughing at all. May try it tomorrow. Hi, @Bigandlittles! What do you like to bake? Welcome to the thread!

Basically I like baking everything. I don’t like standing over a stove. I like sticking it in oven and checking on it every once in a while. Homemade chicken pot pie is awesome though.

Not baking - but I just made a batch of homemade Tapioca pudding. I forgot how much I love this stuff! I put it into small 1/2 containers with lids so I can take if for dessert after lunch all week. Having one that is still warm right now. Yummy!

Back on the subject, I did not do much baking today.

It also turns out with my friends due date that I was a week off. It’s next week.

Regardless, I’ll be ready with a meal for her when the baby does come. Maybe I’ll make some non-spicy General Tsaos.
