Any Home Bakers Here?

On a baking note, I found a way to make sunny side up eggs with a firm yolk, without flipping the egg.

You put butter in a pan, melt it on low heat. After you break the egg into the pan, without breaking the yolk, you cover the pan. Keep it covered and cook on low heat until the yolk firms up.

The rest of my date walnut bread, I baked 2 loafes and that is what is left of them ;)
The first time I did any baking the last 2 weeks or so, first, my daughter came down with a cold, then me ( I laid in bed for a week, not usual for me!) , of course the instant I got out of bed , hubby and son succumbed to the bug :eek: Now we are all on the mend but I am not really well, cos I had to go back doing everything too soon 🥺

Did some baking . CINNAMON ROOLS.
I used Jenny Jones recipe. I doubled it to make my quantity.
