Unbelievable. Just unbelievable. I went out to check the tree today and collect sap. To my surprise, I got 1 WHOLE GALLON this morning.

It’s a wartime silver nickel. 35% silver.

I found it in circulation.

To be completely honest, all the wartime silver nickels I have found so far were bought from a coin store.

This is the first one I actually found in circulation.

I’m taking a closer look at it now.

We got a light snowfall and it is 30 degrees. Thought the SNOW was over?

We had enough snow coming down this morning I couldn't see more than 1/4 mile. And then it stopped, and the sun came out.

So far, the total syrup I got from the sap run of one tree is 3 cups, one cup is already eaten.

I can’t believe I got 25.5 cups today.
