Happy to be back. AND thanks to Ron....I have Genesis2 ...a strong Sourdough Starter and am able to BAKE weekly and visit
my BYC FRIENDS DAILY.

This weekends sourdough bread turned out great! I had to stop and enjoy the aroma of the bread when I was slicing it this afternoon....It was wonderful!

Might as will break the news now,

On April 14th, I am heading to North Idaho for a wild turkey hunt. Season starts April 15. I will be hunting for about a week.

Maybe less if I harvest a bird early in the hunt.
