Any Home Bakers Here?

They predicted clouds today, but we have milky sunshine. I'll take it! It will be great "working hard outside" weather today: 50s, slight breeze.

In case I didn't blab on and on about it here: I'm going to be getting honey bees! Total newb, but I have a friend to coach me. I know you don't plan on getting much, if any, honey the first year. But now I'm thinking about all the recipes I might sub honey for sugar. I don't bake a lot of sweets, so I don't use a lot of sugar, but I want to plan ahead. :gig

Since it’s Easter, I baked a carrot walnut cake which contains 8 eggs and 800 g of cream cheese among other ingredients ( not the right cake to loose weight) my family ate before I could take a picture, so now it’s only about 2/3 of a carrot cake :p
