Any Home Bakers Here?

I have knot weed and its invasive, and, well, I have never really felt hate the way I do trying to manage the knotweed.
Yes it is nasty. The only way I know of to get rid of it is to dig the entire root out. I once got down a foot and the root broke. Figured that was good enough and filled the hole in. New knotweed shoot showed up 2 days later.

The trick it to keep pulling the weed. Each time a plant is pulled up, you take away a bit of the energy available to come back. It can take time but will die off eventually.

No it is easy. I have a Strong Sourdough Starter (Ron's) and the Recipe
I have delevoped over the years...Healthy and Delicious. Love eating it.
Aria,, I baked your recipe bread before,,:drool:drool:drool Only difference ,, is I used Yeast, instead of sourdough starter. ( I did not have an active starter going)
I did not forget about the HONEY.. It is your recipe that got me started using HONEY often in my recipes.

My friend made her first cake. It’s a pineapple cake from Paula Deen. It’s very simple, and very delicious.

how might I incorporate honey into a bread recipe? Like, at what point is it added? 😋

I add it into my liquid portion when I proof my yeast.
If you are using sourdough starter, then just add the honey to other liquid portion, (water or milk)
