I have done various things in the past week. Two loaves of sourdough bread, cranberry orange scones, oatmeal pancakes, and chocolate spritz cookies. One loaf of bread was given to a neighbor, one turned into french toast to share with another, and both neighbors received cookies and scones.

Concerning your question, there’s a special pan that you use to make it. I happen to have one.

Jared, does it have any other use? I think I see holes in the bottoms of each hemisphere. Is it cast iron, or does it just look like it in the picture?
