We are headed pick up a young cockerel to join the flock.
Will also go into Chehalis the Franz store for English Muffins.
Cost me more to make them.
I have Genesis 2 fed...and planning to make a New Sourdough Recipe given to
me by a gal from Germany (Of course I always make Changes). You mix, shaggy
dough cover rest overnight, shape and bake in the mornig in a Sasafrass Baking
Vessel. ...in a Cold Oven. I prefer....difficult to handle a hot heavy vessel. EEK
 
I made sandwich bread, a loaf of sourdough, and some really good venison backstrap today. recipe
