I bake all our breads, Rolls, loaves, sourdough, bagels, naan ,challah. Nothing overly complicated though, lots of white flour.

Finally cold enough to bake again, but I’ve got so many appointments I won’t have time til Saturday, then my new cleaning lady will come ( testing, cos after my operation I think I won’t be able to do a lot of cleaning cos among other things, I won’t be allowed to bend at the hip more than 45 degrees for 3 months ) , so Sunday, got dog training, so hopefully Monday today first I had to talk with my health insurance about the upcoming operation, then I’ve got physiotherapy, and then finally an expert to unclog our toilet ( thank God humber 2) which hasn’t worked for a couple of weeks tomorrow I got the other dog to take care of, Thursday I’ve got my ( hopefully) last dentist appointment and Friday I’ve got to go shopping cos most of my kids are coming back from vacation

I'm already tired just reading what you have to do.

Temperature is in the 80s.

Yesterday the temperature was 99F with a heat index of 113.

we have cloudy, COOL 60 degrees and Rain. Last night was S C A R Y....first
time remember us have Tornado Warnings in the North East....EEK

Made pickled cucumbers and pickled beans today. The experiment has begun.
