No I mark it from the start so I see the start mark and the fall line lol mines about 4 months in so it's definitely active

Yes! I think I am in that boat. My starter is just 2 weeks old. I do see bubbles but haven't seen any "doubling" in size. Made pancakes this morning since the jar was full. Kept 1/4 cup aside to continue growing.

In the winter the people here pull out their mackinaws, boots, gloves, scarfs, and hats.

While they are wearing all the winter gear I'm still wearing shorts.

it was 60 this morning, I was in a Hoodie. my husband rolled his eyes. To be fair I'm anemic and always cold
