Oh, man, I gotta make these!!!I shredded a couple of potatoes, soaked up some of the water (forgetting that I usually rinse them first), squished them into a sprayed muffin pan, added some egg, onion and cheese. Baked @350* for twenty minutes.

I’m a home baker!! I guess I’ll have to post more of my bakes on this thread now that I found it
Here is what I made tonight:
Spiced apple turnovers, my first time making them with puff pastry instead of pie dough:

Wow, Jared, now that's some shootin'! What did you shoot it with? That's a good way to not ruin any of the meat! You constantly amaze me!Kinda graphic post.

I took a male quail today. In fact, I shot off its head on accident.

Mercy, Jared, now you're cracking me up. Did you get ANY of the meat? That's not much to share among so many!Who said anything about me not losing meat? When I processed it, I lost one breast because of pellets.
I guess that’s what I get for using a steel goose load on a quail at 7 yards. I was out hunting for geese when I took it.
I served it to my friend from Japan. She loved it. So did Buster, my dog. He behaved in his usual way whenever it comes to game meat.

Cool! That was nice of you. So what did she think of it?I had one bite. I figured I’d let her try most of it because she never had quail before. Then again, she’s never had game meat before either.
