Good morning all, two fresh sourdough loafs out for the oven 😀 cinnamon raisin and a regular 😋

Was gone for four days and forgot to throw the SD starter in the fridge and it molded. Time to start again - luckily I have some abused discard in the back of the fridge that hopefully will get me back going again - with a few days time.
When you get it going again, dehydrate some!

Use the lowest temp and turn the starter over after about 8 hours. When it is dry, you can leave it as flakes or use a mortar and pestle to make it smaller.

I mailed out a start like this yesterday and it has worked well nearly each time I send out a start.
