Any Home Bakers Here?

need to be able to put a pressure canner full of quart jars on it. I estimate that to weigh about 50 pounds...?
I have an electric range with a ceramic top and I have done pressure canning on mine with no problem. I only do 7 quarts at a time, though, not 14 although the canner could hold 14 by stacking 7 jars on top of 7. I don't think my stove top could handle THAT much weight!
 
I had a couple of these Manischewitz Packet cakes , so it was time to use them.

As shown below,,, the box contains everything necessary. Baking pan and dry ingredients. I just added eggs, and water.

Used my mixer. If no mixer available, can be done manually in a bowl

We made cheese fondu. Sometimes we go all the way with oil for cooking as well as a dessert fondu at the end. It's a fun thing for everyone :)


I have done the whole dinner as fondu and it was wonderful.

Of course there is only the two of us so hard to do.
