Since I found a GF pie crust, I get to have some lemon meringue pie!
Once again, it is not picture worthy, and the meringue separated from the crust. Yes, I make sure it is up onto and into the edge, but I'm not holding my mouth right, or something. It looks fine when it comes out of the oven, then pulls away.
Hubby had the idea of using lime AND lemon, and I think it'll be tasty.
