I got a 5# brisket and it is HUUUGE! I'm cooking part in the crockpot and part in the oven. Tomorrow we will decide how we will cook it in the future. We don't eat meat very often usually but ... I think we are going to be chomping on this for a while!

That is the sun. I can’t wait to try this tonight on M42 the Orion Nebula! I wonder what M43 De Mairans Nebula will look like….
