I just tried out the recipeOh, here's my 'nana bread recipe.... Got it from a friend, don't know where she got it from.
Banana Bread
2c flour
2/3c brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2-3 tsp cinnamon- I just shake a bunch in
2 mashed bananas
1/3c melted butter
2 Tbsp milk
2 eggs
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Then add the banana, butter, milk, and eggs. Stir completely, and put in a loaf pan. Bake @ 350 for 55-60 min.

,, I thought so likewise.
It is the dough that I add a can of puréed peaches to the dough. The peach flavor, is faint if such, and makes the dough soft, and moist for longer periods of time. (of course it contains the usual eggs, butter, and sugar)
But I don't keep any secrets. Want to share what I learned with others here.
