Oh, here's my 'nana bread recipe.... Got it from a friend, don't know where she got it from.

Banana Bread

2c flour
2/3c brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2-3 tsp cinnamon- I just shake a bunch in
2 mashed bananas
1/3c melted butter
2 Tbsp milk
2 eggs

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Then add the banana, butter, milk, and eggs. Stir completely, and put in a loaf pan. Bake @ 350 for 55-60 min.
I just tried out the recipe

Below;
Cheesecake portions. I have learned from past experiences to work fast with Baking powder, or Baking soda raised cakes. I first prepared my cheese. Then used second bowl to prepare my dough. At that time,, I had already started preheating the oven. Pans were lined with parchment. When my dough was mixed fully,, I poured/spread into pans. I then poured/spread cheese. Into oven,, and 60 minutes later,,, SUCCESS.
Note how nicely the dough has risen. :thumbsup,, It had a heavy load of cheese to raise.

The cheese has no leavening,, aside from the beaten egg whites as part of the mix.

Notes;
I have developed this yeast raised dough with my own experimentation. :yesss: It is the dough that I add a can of puréed peaches to the dough. The peach flavor, is faint if such, and makes the dough soft, and moist for longer periods of time. (of course it contains the usual eggs, butter, and sugar)
So this may sound like my secret recipe....:oldBut I don't keep any secrets. Want to share what I learned with others here. :hugs
