Any Home Bakers Here?

Here is the recipe I am using for corned beef and cabbage on Sunday.

I am going to bake corned beef wrapped in aluminum foil this year.

@R2elk I’m about to make your Dutch babies. Also I’m assuming you meant 375 degrees not 475 because that seems really hot
I believe the temperature is supposed to be 425°F and is that high because of the cast iron skillet.

I am sure that I did bake it at 475°F but it has been quite awhile since I made one.
