I put it in at 400 and it came out perfect!I believe the temperature is supposed to be 425°F and is that high because of the cast iron skillet.
I am sure that I did bake it at 475°F but it has been quite awhile since I made one.

Just took the bread out of the oven, smells deliciousit was supposed to go into the pan as one roll, but I made it too long, so I cut off the end, split it and put both on top of the big roll, so it isn’t perfect

Jared, YES....will do. Told the neighbor I made it for....SHE SAID...I AM SOThat’s probably a good idea. Less scoring might be better in the future.

I was cleaning out the fireplace, and there must’ve been some hot embers I did not notice. About 15 minutes after I discarded them, smoke came out of the garbage can. I immediately took it outside and use the extinguisher to put it out.
Well, lesson learned, make sure everything in the fireplace is out before cleaning it.
At least I learned how to use a fire extinguisher.
