My Grandma gave me a stainless tube pan I still use, will never use was paper again is what I decided.

Penny,,,,,, I use Parchment paper on most things I bake. It does not release wax, or sticks to cake/bread.

The baking and pan prep must be different!

The one I use is 375 for 40 minutes. I do use a tube pan that I bought in the early 1980s, so it is my oldest cooking pan!

I have a tube pan that was bought in the early 1970s.

It works quite well.

It works quite well.

I bake a lot of angel food cake when the Girls are laying well!

We usually have strawberries or raspberries with it.
