I still haven’t passed the stone yet. The pain is not that bad, though. Last night it was bad for about 10 minutes. It’s bearable now.

275 then bump to 350, told me to line angle food pan with wax paper?
Said cool out the pan. darn wax paper melded to the cake
As it cools it is releasing.![]()
The baking and pan prep must be different!The one you linked is the same as mine but the wax paper.
I would not use waxed paper again either!My Grandma gave me a stainless tube pan I still use, will never use was paper again is what I decided.
