Any Home Bakers Here?

The foil is to prevent tthe edges of the crust from over cooking. It should be removed during the last 15 to 20 minutes.

Here's how it turned out
 
I did a little baking. I posted recipes, for these items before.
Shared with Family, and friends.
I did a little experimenting. The pastry below is yeast raised. Filled with fruit filling. Blueberries, and cranberries. Those funny looking rings,,,, Made those from BISQUICK, and BROWN SUGAR plus milk,, somewhat thicker consistency. Loaded into my cake decorator syringe, and created those circles. Yes,,, I ran out of mixture for a few pastries.

Second batch placed on top of first,, and dusted with powdered sugar.
