Any Home Bakers Here?

Baked Sausage Onion, and Mushroom pizza.
The mushrooms are canned. Just didn't have any fresh mushrooms on hand.
The sausage is Italian sausage already cooked. I cut it up, and quick pan fried it. I know that I could have just placed uncooked onto pizza, but pan frying first,,,,, rendered some of the extra fat, that Italian sausage contains.

When I was cutting up, I asked ,,,, Squares, or triangles.??? I heard both answers,, so I did both shapes :old :gig

I usually bake a batch of Brotchen ( German bread rolls) and a loaf of sourdough bread, whatever kind appeals to me at the moment once or twice a week. This past week it was sourdough oat bread.
Sourdough oat Bread sounds very good! Would you share the recipe? And welcome to the thread and to BYC!
 
@BullChick, you may not be thinking clearly right now. Please don't be a hero. Hie thee to the ER and tell them what happened and that your head has not stopped hurting since the accident. Brain bleeds are no joke!

I agree. It may be expensive, but your health is more important.
 
I have not been here in a while, since my GC got dx'd with gluten sensitivity and alpha-GAL. But I could not resist fresh bread the other day. Mmmm, there is nothing like it!

This is Joanna Gaines' challa bread, with one adaptation: I substituted one cup of KA whole wheat flour for a cup of the AP flour. It is delicious!
 
I had to fight blacking out, and I’ve had a constant headache since, but I think my head is so used to being bashed in, I cannot get any dumber.

Well I guess I thought I had to do the same.

I was coming in the front door caught my sandal and fell flat on my face on the tile floor.

I have a huge hematoma on the left side of my forehead that is draining down and has my eyelid so swollen that I'm having trouble opening eye.

So now I have both sides of my face messed up.
