I clicked on the link in your post, and the instructions provided said one gallon of milk (not ultra pasteurized), but didn't specify whole milk. I'm assuming you'd use whole milk for making cheese...?

I always use whole milk unless the recipe says otherwise.
 
This cheese sounds like it would be very good.

I tried a new Herbal Tea from Twinings today.

It is PEPPERMINT AND CREAMY VANILLA, and is naturally caffeine free.

The taste is very different without adding anything to it, although everyone's taste is different.

I drink my tea as the English do with sweetener and heavy whipping cream and when added the tea took on a very different taste.

I feel like you will have to try it to be sure if you would like it.

Hope this helps you some and I will continue to send you information on Herbal Teas as I try them.
Sometimes I add cream to Chai tea but usually drink tea plain.

The peppermint and creamy vanilla tea sounds good!
