Thanks for the recipe!Easy, cut 2 sheets of puff pastry into a total of 12 strips, ( each sheets makes 6 strips) mix 6 tablespoons of apricot jam ( I used quince jelly) with vanilla ( I cut open 2 pods and used the inside) and smear on the puff pastry, halve and core 6 apples and slice into fine slices, boil covered in water, 6 tablespoons of sugar and a few spritzes of lemon for 2 minutes ( they shouldn’t be mushy, just soft) , drain in a sieve
then layer them on each half of a strip, fold strip over and roll into a bun, put each bun into a muffin tin which has been buttered, bake at 180 C fan/convector oven for 30-35 minutes, let cool in muffin tin, carefully remove and put some powdered sugar on top
