Who wants to see something really funny that’s baking related?

I just made some more sourdough waffles from leftover batter. I happened to set it near the fish tank, and I caught my fish swimming down to the bottom of the tank to take a look at the waffles. I got five pictures of him doing this.

Well, that’s Flare for you. He’s always interested in what I’m cooking. Probably because he lives in the kitchen so he sees people cooking a lot.
Jared you and Flare made those waffles look so good I had to make them! And yes I could hear my batter too! Thanks for sharing your cooking/baking adventures!

Have you cooked goose before? I am more than willing to share some of my knowledge about it.
I have been roasting geese for over 30 years, thank you 😅 I first roast them on high for 1 hour, then, depending on the size I roast them low and slow for 7-9 hours, no need to baste or turn them, the skin is crispy and the meat tender and juicy
