Aaargh, ye made me mouth water, ye did!The focus of the picture is the Bread on right. Made this a while ago.
It is a Sourdough bread. I was experimenting as usual. It is mostly wheat bread flour,,, with just a little bit of Rye flour. Had small quantity left in bag. I did not use any molasses, as it is a good choice with rye.
So tomorrow I will feed my sourdough starter. Once it is well active, I will make the dough. Plan on using Wheat bread flour 66%, and Whole grain Rye flour,,, balance. 34%. I'm not extremely exact on my values,, so 2/3 1/3 is what I aim for.
I will add molasses to this dough. Then into fridge for overnight cure. Next day bake.
I'm not all that happy making a 2 day bread,,,, but that is what it takes.
BTW,,, I do bake breads with yeast as well. I use my cheese process whey to enhance sourdough cheater flavor.
That loaf had a total of 500 grams flour.

Use a pour on glaze rather than a regular frosting.How the heck do you frost a bundt cake? I mean, the shape is so irregular!
