My specialty is soft pretzels! 🥨
My family loves them; they hover around, waiting to descend, while I drench the pretzels in the melted butter. 😂

I use this recipe from King Arthur Flour; it works great and it’s pretty easy.
I like the look of real folded pretzels, but cutting the dough into bites works better all around. More crispy surface area, easier to add salt/sugar, and you use more of the butter because you can dunk them right in.

*also they reheat really well in the toaster for days! (if they last that long)*

Can't blame your family. Those look delicious! 😋 I want to make sourdough soft pretzels and just haven't gotten around to it yet.
 
I made more cinnamon rolls a few days ago. They were so big and beautiful, I joked to my housemate that I should sell them for $5 each. I put them in the freezer.
Yesterday, a guy was called for a leak. My housemate wrote a check without asking him the cost. It was $10 short. :lol: He happily took two cinnamon rolls, and said he would have done the job for just a big batch of the rolls.
