Any Home Bakers Here?

Wow those rolls looks so good! What do you plan to do with them?
The little pan of ends are gone. Another pan has been started. I went to bed about six hours ago. I’m not sure if my house mate finished off the other six in the pan while I slept. :lol:
The other three pans are in the freezer. I use them to get favors. If someone watches the animals, fixes something…

I'm not really a baker but I love birthdays so I made this lemon cake with raspberry cream filling for a friend's birthday.

That was my second attempt. The first was a 9"x13" sheet cake but we had a fridge emergency and it was quite warm so I put the cake in an ice chest with several other items from the fridge.

It was just the bare cake, not decorated, but somehow water got on it and it was all soggy so I had to toss it out. I remade it as a 3-layer 8" cake and it came out pretty well so I'm happy.
