I made more focaccia this week, I made doughnuts, made… I have no idea. I just started drinking my coffee.
The best thing since the cinnamon rolls were the onion rings. I haven’t made onion rings in… Since before I got chickens. Things have certainly changed in my life since then.

I intend to make some blueberry muffins today. I have so many appointments, though, I’m not sure if it’s going to happen. I know I need to make time to make some apple fritters. The apples are still okay, but they are just not getting eaten.

Preparing corned beef from scratch for St. Patrick’s Day. It’s got the brine for five days.

Fortunately, I had this in the freezer. It was part of a gift from a friend last year.

I made a couple batches of peanut butter and used some of it to make dog cookies. Tomorrow I'll use some more of it to make grownies.

I appreciate you thinking of me and reminding me. However, I may not be able to view it this time.

First reason is I’m heading to Boise to pick up the exchange student from surgery. I don’t know when I’ll be back, and there’s a chance I may not make it back before totality.

Second reason is in the picture.

I don’t know if it will clear up by midnight MST.

Third reason is my telescope is having issues, and I don’t have time to fix it because I’m going to Boise to pick up the exchange student from surgery.

Well, that’s life sometimes. It’s OK, I’ve seen my fair share of lunar eclipses.

@jnicholes, how'd the surgery go? How's she doing/feeling?

She is in recovery. Now I can say this. The teratoma was the size of a CANTALOUPE. Teeth and hair in it as well.

She did well in the surgery according to the doctor.
