She is in recovery. Now I can say this. The teratoma was the size of a CANTALOUPE. Teeth and hair in it as well.

She did well in the surgery according to the doctor.

Tomorrow I’m taking the brisket and shoulder roast out of the brine to make corned beef and cabbage for St. Patrick’s Day.

I may try to make one roast in the Dutch oven, I don’t know yet.
