Happiness is....applesauce chocolate chip cookies in the oven

I try to do some sort of baking every weekend and this weekend I invoked "baker's choice" and am making one of my absolute favorites. More than any other recipe, these ARE my childhood - so many memories in one little cookie - I can even see the bowl my mom used to use to make them (*lovely* 70's era shade of yellow)

Applesauce chocolate chip cookies?

You folks are a terrible influence (well, that and the fact that easy-to-get-to food in the house is becoming sparse and I'm starving). I am making a 1/2 recipe of this Key Lime Pound Cake to try it, mainly so there's not a lot of it to eat, LOL. I put it in a glass baking dish rather than the bundt pan.

Does anybody know if using a double acting baking powder would make something take longer to cook?
