Lol it kinda sounds like bass pro in a way.
I plan on using plastic freezer containers like @NorthFLChick , I don't plan to freeze it for an extended time so the plastic containers in single servings for me and hubby works, that's the way I freeze other foods too like stews. I will also try freezing soups since I normally cook more than we can eat in one meal.Glad it turned out.
I have read that you can freeze chili and would like to try that next time - how do you freeze yours and how do you thaw to reheat it?
Mmmmm i have to see if there on near me then. Bass pro is huge its hunting an fishing and the dang thing the size of a mall. It has clothing, cooking things and toys and other things but it takes forever to get charle sout of there they have a giant gun section which always makes him happy lol.
Come on to GA, I live walking distance from a major shipping Bass Pro - fun to visit, but overpriced IMO unless in the close out shop or on sale. But the large tanks of live fish is worth viewingI have never been to bass pro, so cannot compare. But Cabelas is where we do most, all, of our outdoor needs shopping. They originated in Nebraska, and grew alot. Great quality stuff, fantastic customer service. I have heard apparently they are selling,. I hope whoever buys keeps up the good service.![]()
If you ever get a chance to go to one I recommend it.
Wow, that's a lot of eggs in the mixer --- gotta get building a larger coopI crack the eggs into my standing mixer and whip them till they are fluffy.
I line the dehydrator trays with press and seal cling wrap
I put the fluffy egg onto the trays and dehydrate them until they are crumbly looking some of the egg is not fluffy and dries solid I keep them in the dehydrator until they egg is completely dry
then I add all the trays to the blender and crumble to a powder.
I store it in a zip lock bag but would use a food sealer if I had one.
To Re Hydrate
1Tbsp of Egg powder
2Tbsp water
quick stir and let sit about 5 min then use as any egg.
Is the recipe in the index? If not, please post it….I really want a good gingerbread cookie recipe.Got my gingerbread cookies done this morning. How does stuff get lost one holiday to another? Last year I couldn't find my old cookie cutters so I bought a couple of gingerbread people cutters. This year I couldn't find them but found my old cutters. I expect the gingerbread people to show up next year.![]()
