The bread is great!

Next time I am going to cut the sugar to 1tbl. The bottom was a bit too dark.

Yes, egg yolk. I wish I could say eggs were from my flock, but my young hens have only recently started laying (2 of 7). Recipe is based on this one:

substituting wild starter culture for commercial yeast. Also subbed A/P flour for pastry flour.
