Yum! This sounds pretty amazing!I made a new bread today and baked it in the porcelain dutch oven: Sour Cream Onion BreadProof Yeast in warm water. Add to sour cream in mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and kneed for 7 minutes. Shape dough and place in a greased loaf pan. Place in a warm spot and allow to rise until doubled in size. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F Oven for 30 minutes. 20 Minutes in a pre heated 475 degree Dutch Oven. Cool and either freeze or serve.3 C. Whole Wheat Flour 1 Tsp yeast 2 TBL. Sugar 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix 1 Tsp Salt 1 C sour cream 2 TBL. Wheat Germ ½ C. water (110)
