The corn bread made with home ground pop corn is a winner. I used the corn bread recipe that you can find in the index on the first post of this thread. We had: Marinated broiled pork loin Braised Brussels Sprouts Basmati rice with red Quinoa Home ground con meal corn bread

It looks amazing! Let me know if you try the cauliflower pizza dough. We had 7 people (4 adults, 3kids) try it and everyone liked it.

I was thinking the same thing, I don't have kids to hide it from, but I do have a husband

Made my homemade concoction of spaghetti tonight, I usually grate up a carrot, chop some type of greens really fine, even throw in some squash if I have it. He knows it's in there, he says the tomato sort of covers up the "taste"

That looks amazing! I can not believe pop corn kernels made that bread.

Lol. I actually saw some polenta they were cooking on an American TV show the other night and even that looked much finer than our polenta so no wonder my corn bread tasted crunchy using our polenta instead of corn meal.
I've never bought of Amazon. Remember looking at it years ago but the international postage was crazy high. Might have to see if it's improved

Ok so this morning I made my very first sour dough pancakes

And Waffles ...




With my fancy waffle maker.


And now I will be needing more of this .....


They were yummy.

I can't fight the cornbread craze going on around here any longer. Tonight's dinner will be Ron's cornbread and some homemade beef enchiladas. Can't wait!
