That looks so good!! Mine never turn out like that...can't wait to try this recipe. Do you have to use unsalted butter or can you cut back on the salt and use regular butter instead?

I suppose you could use regular (salted) butter instead but I'm not sure how much you would need to reduce from the salt in the recipe.

According to the 2 sites I just looked up, the amount of salt in salted butter varies depending on brand so that can make it a bit tricky to figure out how much to cut back. Here is one of the sources:
