Hi, been swamped and haven't had a chance to get a container for my sourdough starter, hoping too within the next week. :frow

Yes, I can buy them locally as well, just waiting until the first of the month when I have some $.
Yes!

I am paid Monthly again now. I was paid every two weeks but my job was re classified. I went from the Programmer series to the the Professional Series. I am a Systems Administrator Professional 3 now. The job is the same and so is the pay.....

Well the weather is going to be FANTASTIC here this week! Temps in the high 60's low 70's and NO RAIN! You won't find me in the kitchen this week!

The bread machine will get bread duty but that's it!

I am going to try nfc cinnamon rolls and sunflour orange icing those are lucy favorite breakfast. Tomorrow is her actual birthday so we have a special day for her i probably cook either pizza or chicken strips for lunch and chicken fried steak for dinner with mash and green beans with brownies for dessert.

If i prep the cinnamen rolls tonight should i let the rise the second time tonight or tomorrow morning? And if tomorrow for how long?

Prep them up to putting them in the pan--when all is left but to let the raise and the make. Let them rise about 20 min. and then cover with plastic wrap and then put them into the fridge.

In the morning, boil a kettle of water, put a 9x13 pan in the bottom of the oven and fill about half way up with hot water, oven off.

put the rolls on the top shelf and shut the oven door.

30 minutes later, take out the pan of water and the rolls. pre heat the oven to usually 350. Remove the plastic wrap and bake the rolls as normal.

You will have rolls an hour after getting up in the morning!
