Haven't had a lot of personal time lately but glad to have caught up with all of you

Re: mashed potatoes...love all the things mentioned (bacon, garlic, sour cream, etc.) but did anyone mention cheese? Cheesey mashed potatoes are soooo good!

Been doing a lot of baking for the golf course where I work in the summer. Tons of sandwich buns, corn bread and pizza dough. Trying to fit more desserts into the routine too.
