Happy Thanksgiving all! Just about ready to head out to my nephews. I made all from homemade but the buns. I cheated and used frozen Rhodes Texas rolls as they are better then what I can make. First time making cheescake so not sure if that’s how it should look but it tastes good. Have a fabulous day.

It all looks great!

Cheese cake sets up over night. the biggest problem with them is over cooking. Yours does not look over cooked. Good job!

We cooked our turkey breast in the Instant Pot. I fixed it up as usual (soft butter mixed with poultry seasonings smeared inside & out, a lemon & onion stuffed in the cavity) then about 1.5 hours total in the Pot. We finished it off under the broiler to crisp up the skin. Turned out great! Moist :drool Sure will be nice for sandwiches!
