We have two cupboards in the corner under the counter. I have to crawl into it to get stuff out. It is like a Bermuda triangle.I need to find my big muffin pans. I found a recipe for individual pineapple upside down mini cakes where they use the big muffin pans to make them. If they turn out well, it will be a good recipe to use for the golf course restaurant next summer.
Finding my pans will probably be the biggest challenge![]()

There seems to be three types them. Whiting sells locally from his place, McMurry sells them as true blue egg layers and then Dr. Bramwell used some to create a BBS breed from them. We kept ours for a month and could NOT keep up with the POOP MESS. Called the gal that gave them to us and she told us SHE COULD NOT KEEP THEM EITHER....she came and brought them to a new home. I do MISS their beautiful blue eggs. Regards, Aria
This is what I use for my rolled out sugar cookies. It does take time to dry. I usually let them sit out for the day or overnight. Depends on how much liquid you use how long it takes to dry. I like my frosting smooth so I use more cream or half and half.How do you make the icing on the upper left cookies? i need one that dries firm.
