The key is to put the cold eggs into already boiling water. I have been following this recipe for awhile and it works very well.

I have the 6qt. 6 in 1. It does not make yogurt but does the rest to the cooking functions.

I love it! Mine was $69.00. I think they are $79.00 now for that model. The 7 in 1 was $89.00 today. The price does seem to fluctuate.

Cold works best because you have to steam the membrane from the shell

I will definitely try this! Thanks! DH loves hard boiled eggs but hates trying to peek them. Especially the little pullet eggs

DH gave me one for my last birthday. He's used it several times (I haven't) and he really likes it
