Any Home Bakers Here?

Love challah! It's a good way to use up a lot of extra eggs too (not that I have any right now). Makes great French toast too!
None of us has extra just now I have a customers still coming for eggs so no extra for the house at least get enough now for that had to buy six dozen at our poultry auction like november

Same here. We had to buy a case of eggs for Christmas baking and such. Have only gotten a few eggs from the ladies, and the pullets haven't started laying yet. May have to wait for spring till they start.

I have about a dozen. The new pullets have started laying and that helps. Two of the five older hens started molting this week. I should be able to make it through with what I am getting but I will have to ration the eggs

Made florentines today. The recipe is from the British Baking Show website. I used different nuts than the recipe, and dry roasted them in a pan before crushing and adding to the batter.
