alright trying the rough puff pastry tomorrow will have to have James shred butter as it is frozen and recipe says to keep it that way intend to use spicy itallian sausage maybe ad a few pieces of bacon

If you have one, a food processor is great (haha) for shredding frozen dough or butter. You can do it by hand too, just gets a little messy/melts at the end. Excited to hear how it turns out! I made a dozen of these personal size pineapple upside down cakes to take to my brother's house for New Year's. I used the jumbo muffin pans and they turned out a nice size. A dollop of whipped cream on the side and they were a hit.

I love upside down cake! I need to try in in the jumbo muffin pan. I like using peaches and I have some canned peaches!I made a dozen of these personal size pineapple upside down cakes to take to my brother's house for New Year's.
