I made quiche on Tuesday so made an extra pie pastry. I have a lot of lemons in the house which might lead to me baking a lemon pie!

Quiche is on my to make list this next week...crustless. Might have to do homemade blueberry muffins to go with it. I found a recipe the other day that was awesome so I actually wrote it in my cookbook.

I don’t know...Glad to be of help. They are on sale this week so I need to pick some up. The ones I used the other day were in the freezer since this last summer but we’re still really nice and sweet.
