My grandfather was a baker. He owned his own bakery, and even died there. I made the mistake of asking my mother for her opinion on the recipe. One ingredient has turned into another. But! I think I’m settled on what I’m going to make now.

Most of Wyoming is considered High-Mountain Desert. 12 inches of rain a year near Cheyenne. Yet 1 hour away to the west, the mountains get over 10 feet of snow per year.
