I have to keep an eye on the bread in the freezer. I gave a loaf away on Saturday so I may run out sooner than normal

I am making minestrone soup tonight

I am on my own tonight, so I am making Corn on the cob and Dogs-in-Biscuits (hot dogs wrapped in Pillsbury Grands biscuit dough). Maybe some beans from the instant pot if I get home in time.
Maybe I will get some bread made this weekend also.

I got a Tortilla press, so I get to try making tortillas this weekend. I have the Masa flour that I bought a while ago and never used.
We also got a Corn Shucker! No more shucking blue corn by hand

It has been months since I baked...ANYTHING. Summer and eye
doctor appointments. Now in the process of DROPS and this will continue until September 18 and then October 1 to have the right
eye cataract removed.
