Finally baked something! One of the guys I clean for gave me apples. They are fabulous for pies. I have no idea what kind they are. It is still warm but I had to cut into it...wish I had vanilla ice cream.

I was about to make some ice cream, which is how I remembered I hadn’t made yogurt.
Now I have a craving for apple pie topped with yogurt. Sounds good to me!

I buy butter from Costco! They sell butter in four packs
