a gal doing southern cooking...making biscuits in an iron skillet.
I never make biscuits.....watched her..looks like I will make Chicken and Biscuits today...since I have leftover chicken breast ...Thanks

I just wanted to let you all know that my grandfather, who is a Master Chef, I mentioned him earlier, he is out of surgery. He went through with flying colors, and he will be okay.

I cooked for my grandmother a recipe I found that was a big hit at my house. Here is the recipe.

I left out the crushed red pepper because she does not like spice.
