They look great, your kids shouldn't have any trouble selling those!
(And now I feel like a real slacker  lol)

This Thread is amazing, just another reason to love this forum! I have a lot of catching up to do. My kitchen is in the rehab stage and haven't had a connected oven for a few months now. I cannot wait to dig into some of these recipes! Great Job on indexing, love it!:celebrate
It is great having you here!

It is hard when the oven is not hooked up

Hi Shelly, nice to have another baker around!

There are a ton more recipes in this thread than what you'll find in the index (that is sadly out of date), but poke around and see what you find!

We are rehabing a 1947 home, the kitchen is coming back together and in the meantime we have built a temporary kitchen in what's going to be a Service Pantry. I had an oven plugged in in the old kitchen, but ripping everything out deemed it "in the way", so now it's on the porch of my Little Shop. I'm hoping to be able to cook a Thanksgiving Dinner this year!:pop

What a nice high ceiling! Is that in the kitchen?

Yes. We gutted the ceiling out and raised the roof to the roofline. I have this 6 burner Vulcan stove and I wanted all the ventilation I can get, besides the stove hoods. It really is making a huge difference in the feel of the space. The ceiling is tongue and groove Cypress (primed right now). It did have a working chimney, but someone prior to us buying it, demoed the chimney from the attic space upward. We saved the brick though for future use. You can see how low the ceiling was before from this photo. My poor lone oven! IMG_20180217_164740460.jpg IMG_20180226_142936970.jpg

That old brick you saved is going to be so nice to reuse! Looks like you all have a lot of work to do but it's going to be great when it's finished :thumbsup
